Sometime ago in Nigeria, a team of police officers invaded the house of a family to arrest its son alleged to have committed a serious crime.They only met the suspect's parents and his two siblings at home as the suspect himself had absconded.As the suspect's parents could not produce their son for the police, the police officers decided to arrest both parents of the suspect.
Does the Nigerian criminal law really allow this kind of arrest?
